When did you start working at Sujimoto Construction?

I joined Sujimoto Construction in 2015, precisely February 15th.

What was your dream job as a child?

My dream job as a child was to be a Bank Manager. But as I grew older, I realized that amongst other subjects, Accounts/Bookkeeping was one of my favourite subjects and that is why I am an accountant today. I have worked with a Bank before. I might still find my way there and rise to become a Bank Manager someday. But at the moment, I love my job.

Who inspires you and why?

All my life I have been inspired by different people, people who have remained undaunted even in the face of challenges, difficulties and impossibilities and afterwards they could tell their success stories. I draw inspiration from these kinds of people.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time?

In 10 years’ time from now, that is 2026, there would have been phenomenal changes and dynamism in the business world and generally. I see myself being relevant and well positioned in my chosen Career.

Lastly, what advice would you give to all the people looking to work in the Real-Estate Industry?

The Real Estate Industry is not for the lily-livered. It is for those who are able to hold the bull by the horn, the dauntless and the resilient. So, my advice to those seeking to work in the Real Estate Industry will be that these characteristics should be part of their lives as these are the kind of people that can work and excel in the Real Estate Industry.
