UI/UX Designer
Lagos . Full-time

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.



  • Develop design solutions for various platforms
  • Establish consistent brand and creative designs
  • Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-ups and lookbooks
  • Collect feedback from project managers and adjust the approach to cater to the criteria
  • Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline the structure



  • Bachelor’s degree in user experience, design or a related field
  • 3 years of experience with UI design.
  • Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Adobe Pro,
    Photoshop and programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript


Sales Manager

  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Participate in recruiting process, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Build and maintain competitive knowledge of Africa’s real estate market and demonstrate deep local market knowledge of the sector in Nigeria.
  • Perform Comprehensive Market Analysis to generate information on competitive positioning, current trends, and comparable sales and target market.
  • Identify and manage prospective clients
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale



  • Must have 5 years work experience
