Four years ago, I lost my father. I didn’t expect anything from him — no inheritance, no gifts, no favors. But he surprised us all… with a will.

In that will, he named me — alongside my elder sister — as the sole administrators of his estate.
Me, from my mother’s side, and her, from his second family. That choice wasn’t accidental. It was intentional.

He left shares. Houses. Properties.
Not just for me… but for my eight siblings too.
And while the material gifts are deeply meaningful, the real treasure? It is the trust he placed in me—the integrity to do what is right.

He saw something in me — Leadership. Integrity. The quiet strength to do what is right, even when it is hard.
He didn’t just give me assets — he gave me a sacred responsibility.

This isn’t just about dividing land or signing papers.
It is about honoring his vision.
It is about building something bigger than myself — a strong, united foundation for the Ogundele family.
Every person who carries that name? I carry a duty to lift them. To guide them. To empower them — just as he did.

This legacy isn’t mine alone to keep — it is mine to steward, multiply, and pass forward.
And I accept that charge — with humility, with honor, with everything I have.

I will lead with fairness. With transparency. With equity, because my father showed me: true wealth isn’t measured in Naira or Property — it is measured in how many lives you uplift. And the capacity to have integrity.

For this reason, I am writing my own will.
Not to control, but to protect. Not to hoard, but to heal. To ensure that fairness, love, and opportunity flow through our family for generations.

And beyond our family, I am committed to giving back to Erimon, our hometown in ilesha Osun State.
Just as my father invested in people, in progress, in peace for over fifty years, I too will pour into our community. To develop our people, build new schools, and empower the next generation.
Generosity isn’t optional — it is our inheritance.

To every father, mother, uncle, aunt, brother, sister — working tirelessly, sacrificing silently, hoping fiercely for their children’s future: I say thank you.
Your labor is seen. Your love is felt. Your legacy lives on — through us.

I stand on the shoulders of giants. And I won’t let them down.

With deep gratitude,
My name remains Dr Olasijibomi Ogundele, GMD Sujimoto Holdings.
A servant leader, carrying forward the light of the Ogundele family
