Tallest Building on Billionaires’ Row hits the market at a staggering $250M
The Central Park Tower Penthouse boasts 23 rooms, 9.5 baths, 3 powder rooms, 17,545 square feet of indoor space, and a 1,433-square-foot terrace.
Soaring into the sky 1,550 feet above the famed Billionaire’s Row, with a vantage position to have a conversation with the clouds, the Central Park Tower has hit the market with its $250M jaw-dropping Penthouse listing.
The Tower’s Penthouse is deemed as the highest residence in the world standing at 1,416 feet into the sky. That’s just 38 feet shy of the Empire State Building’s height.
“Each floor is a sanctuary unto itself, with private elevator vestibules and separate entry points. The lower level sits on the 129th floor and begins with a sprawling north-south gallery culminating in a sublime spiral staircase,” the property listing reads.
Once sold, the $250 million Extell Development would take over the largest share of the 179-unit building’s originally-projected $4 billion worth of apartments.
